#ICLVinterviews: Amarki

Kylie Davis: Hi, it’s Kylie Davis from HomePrezzo, and I’m here at Inman Connect in Las Vegas. We’ve seen some great information coming through the conference the last couple of days, looking at automation and the technology that’s making it easier for agents to do things, rather than lots of different pieces of technology that agents have to pull together. I’m here with Jeff from Amarki, which is a marketing platform. Tell us about Amarki, Jeff.
Jeff Madl: Amarki, and without the Australian accent, it’s actually Amarki.Kylie Davis:Amarki. Sorry.
Jeff Madl: Yes, it’s Amarki. Amarki stands for Automate Market Integrate, and you can think of Amarki as the universal adapter for 100% of real estate marketing. Whether you’re doing print, whether you’re doing swag, whether you’re doing social media, or email, or websites, or anything else, you take all of those tools, combine them together, and then attach it to automation. We are saving agents time, we’re locking down compliance for all of their housing and unsubscribe buttons, all that kind of stuff, we’re providing custom templates through our system. We actually use Adobe InDesign templates. Now, you can do that yourself in about 10 to 15 minutes with our platform.
Jeff Madl: We’re ultimately allowing brokers to lead their team through automated campaigns. So, when a property hits our system, they go to market this property, you use this email, this postcard, this property flyer, and all of that information, it’s all inplace. And their user cases, here’s an email, approve, pay, and print, approve and send, approve and post. The best software is the one people use. Well, everybody has their email, and if all I have to do is just click a couple of buttons, their marketing goes from this immense process to a couple of clicks.
Jeff Madl: Outside of that, the other awesome feature that we do is, literally, you get to come through and basically give us a menu. “I use this CRM. I use this email. I use this piece and that piece,” and we work them all together. BoxBrownie and BombBomb, for instance, are great examples. Now, instead of having to go and create your video on BombBomb, you’re able to create your video on BombBomb inside of Amarki, and now it’s all in one place, one seamless process, and boom, the market’s handled.
Kylie Davis: So there’s no more tab fatigue of having like 79 different tabs open on your-
Jeff Madl: No. Exactly. I love the term tab fatigue. [crosstalk 00:02:19]. That is a great term. I love that term. We’re solving that tab fatigue, but you can really think of us like single sign-on and integrations, merge and evolve to that next thing. That’s a very unique and innovative solution for the problem. All of these systems that just don’t connect to each other, we’re the connector.
Kylie Davis: That’s fantastic, yeah. Because otherwise the agent has to be the connector, and we know that that doesn’t usually work out [crosstalk 00:02:46].
Jeff Madl: Exactly. Yeah. Now you have three CRMs: you have email, you have all of those different tools that [inaudible 00:02:52] use, and the broker pays for a lot of those platforms, but then they don’t actually get used. So, let’s take all of those awesome tools and let’s make them work together through automation.
Kylie Davis: Fantastic. So, you’re coming to Australia soon?
Jeff Madl: Actually, believe it or not, it sounds like we are, because we had an awesome Australian excitement around what we’re doing.
Kylie Davis: And there’s a lot of Australians here.
Jeff Madl: Yes, there are a lot of Australians here, and we actually have a very large brokerage organisation that said, “We will connect you to all of the logistics, all the other pieces you need to make your business fly.” We don’t have a timeframe yet. Obviously that conversation happened today. But Australia is one of those things, we’re going to get there eventually, but it came to now we need to figure out to get there now. So, hopefully, very soon we’ll be seeing us in Australia.
Kylie Davis: We can’t wait. It’s Amarki, not Amarki?
Jeff Madl: Yep.
Kylie Davis: And looking forward to seeing them down under. Thanks.
